To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Rebecca will guide us through crafting a Guinness or Irish Cream Spiked Hot Cocoa and an Eastside. The Spiked Hot Cocoa is a perfect cozy weather cocktail that is spiced, not too sweet, and creamy! Sweetened with marshmallows! Craft this cocktail with Irish Whiskey, bourbon, rye or aged rum and Guinness or Irish Cream. You will need to use your stovetop to get this cocktail hot! The Eastside is a cocktail that is a nod to the gimlet, with the addition of cucumber and mint. This cocktail can be made with vodka, gin, white rum, blanco tequila. Both cocktails can be made without alcohol.
