We have invited Alice Lesman, the Director of Housing Information & Referral in the Office of Work/Life at Columbia University, to guide us how to find an apartment in NYC. In her talk, she will cover all you need to know with a focus on budget planning, neighborhoods, expectations, broker’s fees, landlord requirements, and how to find “no fee” apartments and sublets.
